Stanford Sierra Youth & Families’ Wraparound Services “wrap” youth and families with comprehensive care to help keep youth safe and at home, in school, and out of trouble. These intensive services combine a family centered, strength-based, needs-driven, team-driven approach with individualized and wellness-focused interventions. Our comprehensive, outcomes-driven approach to complex family needs ensures the best results for youth, including decreased psychiatric hospitalizations, fewer contacts with law enforcement, stronger family connections, improved mental/behavioral functioning, and overall well-being.
