Research Assistant, Quality Improvement and Research
What’s the most exciting aspect of your job?
“What excites me the most about working in research is that I am able to advocate for our youth and families from a different angle that’s behind the scenes of direct care services.”
“I am able to identify areas of improvements as well as areas of strengths to ensure that our youth and families are receiving the quality services that they deserve.”
“The work that all of our programs do is empowering and working in research allows me to not only share numbers but their remarkable stories through a different lens.”
What’s the most exciting thing about you?
“One of the most exciting parts about me is how passionate I am about everything I put my mind to. Passion comes from the heart and just like the rest of our staff here at Stanford Youth Solutions we thrive on our passion to reach positive results. It’s very important to always do everything with passion and never give anything less no matter how big or small the goal is in life.”
