Yuri Kimura

Yuri began her tenure at Stanford Youth Solutions in 2007, as a Social Worker in the Foster Care Program. She brought 15 years of experience working with youth and families in various settings. Yuri also served as the Clinical Program Manager for the Foster Care Program and later, the Juvenile Justice and Crime Prevention Program prior to her current leadership role.

Yuri is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a Master’s in Social Work from Sacramento State University and a B.A. in Human Development and Social Relations from Earlham College. Yuri also holds a Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Social Work.

Yuri appreciates Stanford Youth Solutions’ focus on the family. “Family engagement and support is critical to all of the services we provide at Stanford.
