Sheri Reynolds, MFT started working in behavioral health in 1993.  She was hired as Program Director for foster care at Stanford Youth Solutions in March, 2013.  She has many years of experience directing foster care, community based mental health programs and behavioral support services.  Sheri works with families using outcomes-based behavioral interventions and multi-cultural communication to build trust and to enhance therapeutic rapport. 

Prior to coming to Stanford Youth Solutions, Sheri has a overseen programs that have helped over 400 families improve their relationships and experience greater harmony in their lives.  Sheri wrote the chapter for the book Ten Commandments for Couples that addressed couples raising a child with developmental disabilities.  Sheri has given workshops to universities, colleges and conferences on various topics such as foster parenting grief, ABA, Autism and culture and communication.
