He is a partner at Crowe Horwath, formerly Perry-Smith LLP and specializes in serving the banking and financial services industry. Michael’s expertise includes SEC reporting, audits, mergers & acquisitions, capital raises and regulatory compliance. His most recent past experience was the Chief Financial Officer for a SEC registered community bank. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Michael joined the Board of Directors after volunteering at the Perry-Smith/Stanford Youth Solutions Family Home Makeover Day.
