Bob O’Neill is a Principal with KPMG LLP and leads KPMG’s State and Local Government Practice in the Western United States. Bob has more than 30 years of experience providing management consulting services to state and local government agencies in California and throughout the nation. Formerly the Executive Director of the Commission on California State Government Organization and Economy, he also had five years of experience with the California Auditor General’s Office. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Colby College and a master’s degree in public administration from CSU Sacramento. He is a former Vice President for Government Affairs for the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.
