Going back to school can be fun and exciting, but for many families, it is a struggle. You can help provide back to school supplies and a great head start by donating a gift card or filled backpack to someone in need.

We know that when kids have their basic needs met, they are able to focus on greater challenges – like learning! 

Our goal is to bring in 250 new backpacks stuffed with school supplies by September 1. Call Sarah Mentze, development & marketing manager, at 916.344.0199 or email us to contribute. Backpacks and school supplies can also be dropped off at our office, located at 8912 Volunteer Lane, Sacramento, CA 95826.

Interested in holding a Backpack Drive at your workplace or community group?

We can provide resources and support to help make your campaign a success. Groups donating 10 or more backpacks stuffed with school supplies by August 19 will receive exclusive Macy’s Shop for a Cause coupons good for 25% off all purchases on Saturday, August 27 to distribute to each donor.
