We are always looking for great volunteers to help with our
signature event, Vintage. There are many ways you can
help; from obtaining sponsorships, selling tickets
to day-of event needs.

Volunteer positions include:
Vintage Committee
Membership – committee members lead the event by
gathering items for the live and silent auction, recruit
sponsors and help raise awareness for Stanford Youth
Solutions’s signature event
Logistics & Staging – wear your jeans and
spend the day helping to set up for the event
Greeters – helping our guests feel welcome
when they arrive, during and at the close of the night lets out
guests know they are appreciated
Guest Services – excellence in customer
service ensures our guests are well taken care of
Silent Auction Stewards – help facilitate fun
and participation in the silent auction
Live Auction Bid Recorders – speed and
accuracy required to help us track every bid in the live
auction
Live Auction Bid Spotters – join in the fun of
the live auction and help spot every bid in the room
Live Auction Runners – wear your running shoes
to the live auction and confirm each bid
Inventory Stewards – boxing up auction items
and helping guests to their vehicles is the final touch for our
guests’ experience at Vintage.
