Description

The Clinical Practice Manager reports to the Associate Program Director and serves as a member of the Wraparound Leadership Team.  In collaboration with the Program Leadership and QI, the Clinical Practice Manager is responsible for implementation, monitoring, modification, and evaluation of the Wraparound Program. The Clinical Practice Manager incorporates data to improve outcomes for youth and families.  The Clinical Practice Manager trains, develops, and supervises new staff, and implements staff training modifications.

Description

The Permanency Coordinator works in the Permanency Placement Unit preparing families to provide permanent options to foster youth. The coordinator nurtures relationships with county partners and families to create strong connections in order to build forever families.  The Coordinator is responsible for conducting SAFE home studies; developing, coordinating, and supervising needs and service plans for children in foster/adopt homes.

Quality Improvement

Description

The Clinical Practice Manager reports to the Director of Quality Improvement. Typical clinical practice improvements include the internal evaluation of a program, supporting continuous quality improvement practices, guidance and preparation of internal and external audits, conducting individual or group trainings. The Clinical Practice Manager is assigned to entire projects and is responsible for practice improvement design, training, system updates, data collection, and presentation of the findings.

Description

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible to ensure that the Mental Health department functions efficiently and that requirements for legal compliance with child welfare and employment laws are followed. The Clinical Supervisor also directs work performed by licensed Clinicians and interns, assigns cases to staff, and may follow up with clients, as required. It is also expected that the Clinical Supervisor work with the Clinical Program Manager in development, implementation, and evaluation of mental health policies and procedures, as well as goals and outcomes.

Resource Family Training Specialist
Pathways to Permanency

Description

The Resource Family Training Specialist, under the guidance of the agency program directors, schedules, conducts, designs, evaluates, and implements training for Resource Families to assure that Community Care Standards are adhered to.  The Training Specialist implements training that provides both clinical/trauma informed parenting techniques, while also supporting families in their understanding of the many elements of the child welfare system.

Clinical Coach
Wraparound

Description

The Clinical Coach provides support to the program staff and management team in training and coaching effective clinical documentation practices in the Wraparound program.  The Clinical Coach maintains a high level of communication with Wraparound employees, Clinical Program Managers, High Fidelity Wraparound Coach, and the Program Director.  The Clinical Coach is a model for staff and is expected to lead by example in the provision of work duties.  The Clinical Coach will demonstrate skills both in the office and in the field for new team members to p
