7th Annual Wine Auction
Same Great Varietal, New 2012 Vintage
Thursday, April 26th – 5:30-10:30pm
North Ridge Country Club
Join us for another great vintage to positively impact nearly 2,000 young people and family members who utilize our programs and services annually.
More than a wine auction, Vintage transforms the traditional charity event into a night of surprises, featuring themed rooms with coordinated silent and live auctions, music and entertainment along with premium food, cocktails and wine tasting. There are several amazing chef’s that will be preparing bites for our event – Patrick Mulvaney (Mulvaney’s B&L), and Matt Woolsten (Supper Club) and live cooking demonstrations from Randal Selland (Ella’s) and Taro Arai (Mikuni)!
Taste wines from Jordon, Silver Oak, Spoto, Maldanado, Sean Minor, Coho, Bell, Twomey, Twisted Rivers, Luchessi, Sierra Knolls, Chalk Hill and more. Ella’s famous Gin & Tonic will be served along with themed cocktails in each room. Champagne tasting will be served in our Travel & Romance room.
The Need
The transformation continues we changed our name to Stanford Youth Solutions. Ever-evolving over the last 112 years, the new name more clearly reflects our mission to inspire sustainable change for young people and their families and empower them to solve serious challenges together. What hasn’t changed is our commitment to most vulnerable young people in Sacramento.
Stanford Youth Solutions provides intensive, individualized programs that empower young people and families to solve serious challenges that threaten their ability to stay together.
Many of our families are at or below poverty level so in addition to providing programs to strengthen the family unit, we also provide safety-net services. Funds from this event go directly to support our families in need.
