Our own Dante Williams appointed to State Advisory Committee
Dante Williams, Youth Advocate Manager at Stanford Youth Solutions, has been appointed by Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr. to the State Advisory Committee on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. Williams has been a youth advocate manager at Stanford Youth Solutions since 2016, where he was a lead youth advocate from 2011 to 2016.
He has been a volunteer juvenile justice chaplain at the Sacramento County Probation Department since 2010. Williams is co-chair of the Sacramento County Mental Health Services Act Steering Committee. This position does not require Senate confirmation and there is no compensation.
The Stanford team is very proud of Dante and know he will be a fantastic advocate for youth on this Committee. Congrats, Dante!
