Stanford Youth Solutions provides clinical supervision to full-time employees who are on track to become Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Marriage and Family Therapists (MFT).
Staff in Masters programs can earn trainee hours toward their degree and post graduate students can complete internships as Associate Social Workers (ASW) and Marriage and Family Therapist Interns (MFTi).
Our clinical supervision program meets all requirements set by the Board of Behavioral Sciences and offers staff a rich, hands on experience and training to utilize evidence-based practices.
This includes Functional Family Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the promising practice of High Fidelity Wraparound. Additionally, staff are encouraged to take advantage of outside training opportunities.
