The Distinguished Service Award is presented annually to those
who have made long-standing, commendable and considerable
contributions to Stanford Youth Solutions.
The Family Honoree is a family associated with Stanford
Youth Solution’s services. They could be a foster family, a
client family or respite care provider.
The Community Honoree is an individual and/or company that has
provided significant support to Stanford Youth Solutions.
Chevo Ramirez is Regional Vice President of the Wells Fargo
Foundation for the Northern California Region. He is responsible
for managing and directing charitable contributions for the
Northern California Region, working closely with community
organizations to determine local needs and opportunities for
grant making.
It takes special people to create a loving, stable home for young
people that have intensive needs. Combining laughter and warmth
with discipline and structure – young people thrive in Amelia and
Vincent’s home. Having worked with Stanford Youth Solution’s
Foster Care program for nearly 4 years, they have provided
respite for our most intensive children, taken guardianship of
one young person, helped two siblings to reunify with their
biological family, and is now working with another young person
bringing this 10-year olds skill level up from a 1st grader to
her current grade level.
